Just off of the living room is the kitchen, which is complete with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and cabinets fully stocked with plates and kitchenware. The large kitchen island provides additional counter space and a bar with seating for four. A dining area hosts a formal dining table for eight. You can also enjoy a private patio with a grill and seating for four. The first-floor bedroom is perfect for anyone wanting to avoid stairs, such as couples with infants and elderly guests.
The second floor hosts the remaining three bedrooms and a laundry closet with a full size side by side washer and dryer. The master suite resides at the end of the hall, providing privacy, an en-suite bathroom, and a king bed. There is also a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray player available in this room. The other two bedrooms on the second floor include a guest room with a queen and full beds and a bunk room with a pair of twin-over-twin bunks ideal for children. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and a flat-screen television while the bunk room offers an additional Blu-Ray player. There are two parking spaces. Golf carts are not allowed.
