Condo was very clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Island Princess has made so many improvements since the last time we stayed there about 8 years ago. All the landscaping at Island Princess is beautiful. Pool was extremely clean and well kept ! Beach service was outstanding. View from our condo was amazing !! Would definitely come back especially in September. Could not have ask for a better week there. The weather was perfect everyday. Love Okaloosa island!!

Tile flooring in bad shape- dishwasher was broke when arrived - it got fixed. Left message at office never returned my calls. Did return one. Couldn't get internet connection - balcony tile filthy. Condo needs a thorough cleaning.

Spent 3 nights with Dale Peterson vacations at Island Princess. This is our 3rd time to use them. Always on the job and great service. Unit 503 was very comfortable and the view was amazing. Location was perfect, away from the heavy traffic but still very convenient. Will definitely return and always use Dale Peterson.

Dale Peterson Vacations does an excellent job managing their rentals. We had a few issues--all of which were addressed promptly and effectively. We've stayed in several different units over the years and your service has been consistently superb. (Actual stay was Jan 15-Mar 15)

This is a great condo and a good price. We have stayed with other rental companies and have found that Dale E Peterson has the best rates in comparison (for the same condos). We are planning on coming back in December and hope to stay here again...
One suggestion: Maybe upgrade the balcony furniture to a smaller table and more chairs... possible bar table and chairs.

We rented 2 condos (503 and 504) next to each other. We enjoyed our time there. The beach got a little weedy for a day and a half (but its the ocean). The Island Princess is not in a congested area but is close to whatever you want to do.

After countless nights of searching for the perfect vacation condo, I finally settled on the Island Princess #503. Upon arriving, I was not disappointed for even one minute! The view as soon as we opened the door to the condo was spectacular, with the swell of the ocean appearing so close you could reach out and touch it! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, with many little extra's to make us feel right at home. Each morning as I sat on the balcony and enjoyed my coffee, I was also treated to the best view of all - dolphins playing in the ocean!
My family and I cannot wait for our next trip to the Island Princess!

We have stayed at the Island Princess several times in the past few years. Our experience has always been a good one. Most of the units are well decorated and equipped with all the necessary items needed to make our stay a good one. The unit#503 was not as well equipped in the kitchen as most of the units we have stayed in previously, but overall it met our needs. I would definitely recomment the Island Princess and we will be returning in the future.
