Great Stay clean room's great view! We did have one issue of a leak & management had it fixed the same day. Would definitely stay again.!

This is our second time staying at Destin West and first time with this unit. We absolutely loved this unit. Very clean and stocked with all supplies needed. The view of the ocean is perfect to wake up to each morning. We really enjoy all the amities with this resort. The property manager, Amanda, was great and went above and beyond to work with us for any needs. We will be rebooking for next year! This has become our favorite vacation area. Looking for to many more visits!

Was in town for Fuds volleyball tournament. Access to property and communications with property management was great. The condo was clean and everything we needed was available. Thank you for making our week enjoyable!

The property management was very accommodating with two issues we had. The owner needs to seriously consider updating her furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable and the chair wasn't any better. The frig wouldn't make ice. Also, the outdoor furniture needs updating as well.

this was our first stay at Destin West #512 and were so happy with our choice! we usually stay in Destin, but chose to stay in Ft Walton this time and we will never stay in Destin again! we will choose this condo in Ft Walton every time! it is convenient and much less traffic... the condo was so nice and spacious... I would however add more seating to the living room... not to comfortable with only a small sofa. the freezer leaked the whole time & never made useable ice... but I can live with that. your condo is AWESOME!!! i'll be back next summer - thank you again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bagni di Lucca. L'appartement était superbe, rénové très récemment, avec beaucoup de goût. L'environnement était également très agréable. Beaucoup de calme, belle piscine, hôtes très accueillants. Bagni di Lucca est un petit village très joli situé à proximité du logement. Superbes vacances.

great facilities and beaches but the condo has worn out furniture and carpets were dirty and frayed. I would recommend but would also recommend checking to see if condo had been reconditioned

White Sand and Black Mold

This unit was in bad shape! Extensive mold in both showers, water damage in the kitchen ceiling, filthy carpet, TV not working in bunk area, food smeared all over kitchen garbage can and garbage from previous renter left in front bedroom. The only reason for 2 stars is the Destin West had great pools and we enjoyed our time outside of the unit.

Dale E Peterson Vacations staff was great! We arrived early and the unit was ready and they allowed us to get in a little bit early. The pictures show the place exactly as is. Location is fabulous withing walking distance to shopping, great restaurants and the pier! The beach is beautiful, white sand and crystal clear water and right outside your door. The boys loved it, I had 3 high school football players that had a blast. This unit was a little light on some oven wear and the dryer was very noisy but overall the experience was fantastic and over shadowed a noisy dryer! Would highly recommend and would stay again and again!

Our family enjoyed our stay so much we will be coming back again for sure. The unit was fantastic and the view was amazing. The unit was clean and well stocked with all the kitchen stuff we needed. We were within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants. I liked having the freedom to walk over to the lazy river.

We stayed here at my brother's suggestion, and were thrilled! This condominium is beautiful, and right on the beach. Not only right on the beach, but right next to a protected seashore - so unlike 99% of Destin, you can walk 2 minutes and you're away from buildings, crowds, etc. The sand is white and the ocean aqua - it's stunningly beautiful. Our condominium was great - very beautiful, clean, everything worked, etc. I did have to buy beach towels, tho, because the resort doesn't provide them. A minor detail - the door had a code rather than a key, which was great because there was nothing to take down to the ocean and keep track of, and the four of us could come and go without having to coordinate who had a key.

Thia ia oue wighth winter as snowbirds staying at the Destin West Gulfside resort. We have stayed for five years in the 512 condo and have already booked for next winter, we sometimes stay for four months, Dec. thru March. At least six of the years was with Dale Peterson and as you can see, we are very happy with this service. Not only is the pricing the best around, but the way little and big complaints are handled is a plus for us. We have compared other systems available to us and have always stayed with Dale Peterson. This is our 4th visit to this property and we love it at Destin West. We liked #512 but in the past stayed in units w/ bright and beachy decor which we prefer, but 512 was nice and clean.

It was very relaxing and we immediately felt like we were at home. Regret traveling with a lot of things, thus they were provided inside the unit. Everyone throughout the entire resort and surrounding area were very friendly. Will definitely return soon!

This was our second time at Destin West and it exceeded our expectations. This will be our vacation spot for many summers to come. Our view was perfect, the beach was beautiful, the pools are awesome. Our unit had everything we needed, we cook, so you never know what you're going to need to prepare a meal and this unit had everything. Honestly, I cannot complain about anything- I wish check-in was earlier and check-out later, but I know that's impossible.

Loved the variety of pools (though access to the lazy river was a hike), easy beach access, great interior(new and clean condo), located close to restaurants... a few within walking distance.The exercise room was a little small, but served its purpose. I would definitely stay here again.
