I? stayed in a very cute 1 bedroom which accommodated all 6 of us comfortably. It had a great view to the ocean everyday and had a busy area but super convenient to the beach. I? had Access to all kitchen items needed to cook and loved having a washer/dryer unit to go home with clean clothes. I? did not have any issues the entire stay and truly enjoyed my vacation.

Saltwater Vacations (shout out to Patty) was so easy to work with. They helped us find last minute accommodations when original plans changed. We thought for sure we’d be walking into a pit. Completely the opposite! Grand Caribbean West 203 was clean, beautifully decorated, had almost everything we needed (minus a pizza cutter but we’re a military family and improvised), and most importantly the ocean view was absolutely gorgeous! A short walk across the 25 mph road out front and we were on the beach! If we ever return to Destin, this will definitely be our choice.

Amazing Location and ocean view from balcony

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. There is a great view of the ocean off the balcony and we rented bikes and there is a bike rack close to the parking lot where we parked. Lots of good close parking and convenient to lots of shopping and grocery stores. I’ll definitely consider renting this condo again for future beach trips.

The accommodations were spotless. It was just the right size for the three of us. Easy access to the beach. But they don’t allow umbrellas and tents behind any of the umbrellas that are rented out by a company that contracts most of the beach. They only “allow” a very small portion of the beach for other umbrellas and tents. Thankfully we didn’t need either. The ocean and sand were beautiful all week!

It was a very good apartment. After all, the view was amazing and the walk to the beach was like walking to your car from your house. The only problem was that the neighbors from all over the place were too loud all during the night so kind of didn't let us sleep but after all it was an amazing experience.

We were pleased we had a few issues but Dale Peterson management company handle everyone of our issues with a whole lot of professionalism and theywas fixed right away ! Condo has everything you need and a great view! Bed a bit squeaky bunkbeds semi-comfortable again though for a beach condo you can't beaded locations awesome ! Management was very very nice and accommodating !

The condo was very clean and updated, our whole family really enjoyed the stay we are all very pleased with everything. I do have one little complaint, you should do away with the stainless steal cooking and go with non stick it is way easier to cook with and clean :) Thank you for everything we will be back!!!

We enjoyed our trip to destin, the beach and the condo unit. The beds were very comfortable, contrary to other reviews I had read. Would stay here again, and actually can't wait for my fall trip to Destin. As for the value, we stayed in a different location in the fall for $600.00 more than we paid for this unit. For the value, I don't mind walking the very short distance to the beach. The unit is very, very accessible to shopping without getting caught up in all the traffic on the main drag.

We have been staying at the Grand Carribeans for many years. We love the location and the "simpleness"of the condos and the one we stayed in was very clean and well stocked. We had a super time. The grounds and pool are kept up very nicely.

We reserved our location just by finding it over the internet. The whole trip down there we were thinking to ourselves i wonder what we are getting because sometimes pictures do more justice than the what the acutual place looks like. Much to our suprise the grand carribbean was just awesome. we had a great time

I HAD THREE TEENS WITH MY WIFE AND I, WE ALL REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND, ANY OF THESE PROPERTIES,FROM DALE E, PETERSON, THEY WERE SO HELPFUL, AND WE WERE NOT GOING TO STAY DURING THE FOURTH OF JULY, BUT WE CHANGED OUR MINDS, AND EVEN DURING THE 4TH OF JULY, THEY FOUND A ROOM FOR US TO STAY IN.
