Wonderful stay, excellent location. Code did not work upon arrival but was remedied within minutes. Only recommendation would be essentials like coffee and/or filters, salt/pepper, etc. Cannot bring groceries back in luggage so would have been nice to not have to buy everyday reusable essentials.

Well maintained property, perfectly located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to access the beach and the BBQ grills. The patio area naturally extends the space available and the corner location means more light and less traffic. The arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. All communications were sent in a timely manner. Excellent experience in overall. I highly recommend this property and the management company.

This is our third visit and we had a great time. The view from the room is heavenly and the access to the beach is so convenient. Always clean, neat, and the customer service is awesome too. Highly recommend!!

Third trip to Destin and have stayed at Crystal Sands each time. Can’t beat the first floor units. Walk right out the patio door and you’re at the beach. First time in 101B and it is the nicest of the 3 units we’ve stayed in. Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Highly recommended!

This condo has everything that a little family needs. You couldn’t be in a better location or ask for a more perfect view! Very short, private boardwalk to the beach and includes two chairs and umbrella everyday- a big plus when traveling with a toddler! Great time!

This was our 4th time visiting Destin and staying in this unit. Our family has grown by two since then and we are always comfortable when we stay. The staff at the complex are amazing to deal with and are very accommodating! The unit fits our family size perfectly. There is nothing quite like walk-in out your back door and being greeted by the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful white sand beaches. We will continue to vacation here. Very well done!!

This has been our best stay-cation ever! Crystal Sands Unit 101b is one of the best condos we’ve stayed at! This condo is centrally located to restaurants, shopping and attractions, access to this unit is great, you park right outside the door. Our favorite part was the proximity to the beach, sitting on the patio with our morning coffee watching the sunrise and in the evenings watching the sunsets is spectacular! Listening to the waves and watching God’s ever changing art work was exactly what we needed! We WILL be back!

My husband and I experienced an awesome week in Destin. The weather was perfect, the beach was beautiful and our accommodations were the best! We had everything we needed for a wonderful week. We arrived a little early and were able to get in our condo with the help of our realty agent so we didn't have to wait to begin our wonderful vacation! We definitely will be coming back to our little "piece of paradise"......I wish I was there now!!!

This was our second stay here and it was just as great as the first. The Dale Peterson app on our phone gave us all door codes before arrival so we just showed up and went in. Beach service was great. Love the fact we could walk into the water 2 minutes from our back door. This will definitely be a regular place for us to visit. A+

This is the perfect getaway with a the local convience you would need. Room is cozy,Bathroom not properly clean(hair on shower curtain and wall.Great ocean view ,make up for everything ,would differently book again.

Our stay on the first floor was much better than we thought it might be. We usually stay at a higher level. The only thing about the unit was the screen doors being broken not allowing things to be open.

This place was great. The online pictures are 100% accurate of unit, with the exception of the beach pics. The beach is even better and closer in person. Loved the beach service, chairs and umbrellas were set up by 7:15 a.m. every morning. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable and clean beds and baths, and great location. Great place to kick back and enjoy the ocean, yet only minutes to numerous restaurants, mall movie theater, and countless other entertainment. We'll be back!

We stayed here for five days. It was the best relaxing place to stay with 4 kids. I wasn't sure about what I had booked but when I walked in and to the patio door I knew it was perfect!! Only two things I would change. The hot/cold temp on the shower was backwards. Kinda confusing. Also the doors going into the bathroom and bedrooms close right behind you very fast.I would stay here again and tell people about this place. It was just great!!!

We booked at Edgewater on line and when we got there the bedding was dirty and the unit smelled really bad, we think it was the garbage disposal. I phoned the office and they told me they would have someone call us. A few minutes later the office call back offering us a new location to check out. My husband and I were so glad to check out another spot. If we stayed at Edgewater we would have to go buy new bedding and I don't know what would have got rid of the smell in the kitchen. The new spot was so perfect and right on the beach. We had the best holiday ever, the only problem was we wanted to stay longer. We would highly recommend booking through Dale Peterson's Vacation. Eric, Chris and two girls in the office took the best care of us. They made what could have been a really bad experience into the best week ever. Thank you so much.
