Summer Nights on the Emerald Coast
Summer on the Emerald Coast is the best — the days are long, the sun is out, and the water is warm. During the day, you’ll enjoy sitting on the beach, taking a boat ride, or even playing a round of golf. But the fun doesn’t end when the sun goes down! Here are a few weekly events to keep the whole family entertained in the evenings.
Start the week with a movie under the stars at The Village of Baytowne Wharf’s Sunday Cinema. Every week a different movie will be presented for free at the Events Plaza lawn starting at 7:30 pm.
On Monday make reservations on a sunset cruise. While you enjoy the spectacular skies as they turn pink and purple hues, you’ll be able to catch glimpses of dolphins frolicking.
Every Tuesday at 8:30 pm HarborWalk Village becomes “The Big Easy” with the Fat Tuesday Parade full of bright floats, lively costumes, and beads being tossed. Get there early for live music at the Main Stage before the parade.
Wednesdays grab a blanket or lawn chairs so you can enjoy incredible bands in the Seaside Amphitheater starting at 7:00 pm.
On Thursdays the Mattie Kelly Arts Foundation holds Concerts in the Village. There will be 15 concerts this summer, all starting at 7:00 pm.
Friday spend the day on the beaches of 30A and stay for an evening bonfire. Arrange for a Beach Bonfire provider to set up an evening with chairs, tables, and smore-building provisions that will bring the whole family together.
Close out a week full of activities by heading to HarborWalk Village for the Rock the Dock Concert Series. You’ll enjoy live music with different bands every week starting at 7:00 pm.
