Navarre and Navarre Beach

One of only ten National Seashores, Navarre Beach claims eight miles of undeveloped, uncrowded and unspoiled dunes. The recognition and protection of being one of these special coastal areas draws vacationers looking for a quieter beach experience. From sunrise to sunset, the vistas are absolutely brilliant, the sands are pure white and the currents are calm. Moreover, the recent addition of the Navarre Beach Pier offers visitors the rare experience of being on the longest pier in all of northwest Florida. Whether you are fishing or dolphin watching, it’s a wonderful sensation to be perched above the emerald expanse of the Gulf of Mexico.

Navarre Beach is bordered by Santa Rosa Sound to the North and the city of Navarre via the Navarre Bridge. The casual restaurants and relaxed vibe of the community promise everything needed for a stress-less vacation. Plus, attractions like the Panhandle Butterfly House, the new Navarre Park on the sound and proximity to the Gulf Breeze Zoo will perfectly fill any gaps in-between ‘beach’ time.

While visitors enjoy the quiet atmosphere, Navarre Beach is really just the beginning of the wonder that is the Gulf Coast.  Travel 14 miles to the west and you’ll find Pensacola Beach followed by Pensacola's Downtown Historic District. Then go less than 18 miles to the east and experience  Fort Walton Beach and all of the activities in Destin ten miles beyond that.
